thanks for the watch your 1 of 3 lol
Great artwork and keep it up.
hey there :) was checking out my old gallery name dreadlockmonkey and saw your post. How have you been?
One of my faves from the . . . '07 Small Press Idol!

Thalen Demus, The Retriever . . . two fo the BEST! Glad I found you. :+devwatch:

I'm assuming you're working digitally, but I can't make my lines that smooth. How do you get your lines that soft and luscious? How do you do what you do?
Well, hey there
After I thought no one noticed in Small Press Idol. I remember your entry as well. Good to see you're doing well.
To answer your question, I do work digitally, and to get the lines, I'm basically just painting them out with my brush opacity tweaked to about 45%. Kinda lends itself to the sketchiness of my stuff.
I'll have to get better about showing some work in progress, but it's always such a jumbled mess till I start blending things together. And it never looks the way I originally intended. But I've learned to fake it well enough.
I Can't speak for anyone else, but I liked your entry. It came as a surprise to me when . . . did you get voted out of the competition? The contest was aiight, but the format was a bit flawed. The voting was based on sheer numbers and not always on the quality of the entry. It became an exercise in seeing who could market themselves better or who had the most friends who had friends who would bother with voting. I like/d Thalen Demus. I was stoked when Daniel posted your colors on a cover of his. The two I thought were shoo ins for the win . . .

TD looks like a good fit for Zuda. Have you thought about that?

I'd like to see a WIP with some annotations to describe the process/ settings.
Happy Birthday! :cake:
